    3. Consultations & Client Responsibility

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their hair history, home care, medications, and allergies.

    4. Booking, Deposits & Payments

    • Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
    • Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied toward your service if cancellation policies are met.

    5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    Return and Refund Policy

    1. Salon Services – No Refunds

    All salon services are non-refundable.

    • This includes, but is not limited to: haircuts, color services, chemical services, treatments, extension installations, and styling services.
    • Once a service has been performed, no refunds (cash, credit, or digital) will be issued.

    This policy complies with standard salon practices in the State of Texas.

    2. Service Adjustments (Not Refunds)

    Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service:

    • You must notify Bella Rue Salon within 48 hours of your appointment.
    • We may offer a complimentary adjustment at our discretion.
    • Adjustments must be scheduled with the original stylist.
    • Adjustment appointments are limited to correcting the original service only.

    Adjustments are not guaranteed and are not offered for:

    • Change of mind or personal preference
    • Lack of proper maintenance
    • Undisclosed hair history
    • Services performed by another salon after your appointment

    3. Hair Extensions – Final Sale

    Due to the custom and hygienic nature of hair extensions:

    • All hair extension sales are FINAL SALE.
    • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once extensions are ordered, opened, cut, colored, or installed.
    • Deposits for extension services are non-refundable.

    Bella Rue Salon is not responsible for damage caused by improper home care, missed maintenance appointments, or failure to follow stylist care instructions.

    4. Retail Products

    Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for store credit only, at the salon’s discretion.

    • Product returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
    • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
    • No cash or credit card refunds on retail items.

    5. Deposits & Booking Fees (Vagaro)

    • All deposits and booking fees collected through Vagaro are non-refundable.
    • Deposits may be applied to your service if cancellation policies are met.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.

    6. No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees

    Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required notice period may result in:

    • Loss of deposit
    • Cancellation or no-show fee
    • Required prepayment for future appointments

    These fees are non-refundable.

    7. Gift Cards

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Gift cards may be used toward services or retail products.
    • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

    8. Chargebacks & Disputes

    By booking or purchasing from Bella Rue Salon, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered.

    • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.
